Adventure Introduction:

I need to stop asking favors. Lesson that repeatedly bounces off my stubborn skull. Today, I have a favor to return.
Ryanna, sorceress with whom I longed to share a bed, was not one of the patient people. And we were already late. Three days North of Sandport, she said, your arcana will guide you. I was born sceptic, but this reassured me. I was sure my mare didn't feel my weight at all, but Grizkh's war horse looked like an old mule after three days of constant travel.
Last two hours, two animals rode us by instinct, through the thick fog and, I was sure, some ill Darkness spell someone casted centuries ago. Animals I spotted narrow stairs in the middle of the valley, leading in the bowels of Mother Earth. Grizkh gripped his greataxe and hopped from the horse.
Entrance was guarded by the familiar ghostly silhouette. She perfected her mirror image. The image laughed and patted through my back and showed me the way.
"Aaron, I could really use some help down there!"
